Rather than masking symptoms, Meno Essentials works with the body’s natural systems to help restore balance. The formula targets the hormone–brain–stress axis, supporting estrogen metabolism, stress response, and nervous system stability to promote steadier days and more restful nights.
Our clinically informed blend works on multiple levels to:
Meno Essentials is powered by two proprietary, clinically informed hero ingredients—SheVari4™ and Ginfort®—designed to address the core drivers of menopausal discomfort and help restore hormonal balance.
SheVari4™ is an adaptogenic blend that helps normalize the body’s response to stress while supporting healthy hormone balance. Its phytoestrogens gently mimic or modulate the beneficial effects of estrogen in the body, helping ease fluctuations that contribute to hot flashes, mood changes, and disrupted sleep.
Our clinically supported ingredients work together to:
The result is proactive hormonal wellness—powered by science and inspired by the Nordic philosophy of balance.
Ginfort® supports the body’s inflammatory response and pain perception, helping reduce discomfort while promoting physical ease and mental clarity during hormonal transitions.
These hero ingredients are supported by Chaga, a traditional Nordic adaptogen known for its ability to balance the stress response and calm inflammation, reinforcing whole-body resilience.
To support long-term health during and after menopause, Vitamins D3 and K2 (as MK-7) work synergistically to improve calcium utilization—helping strengthen bones while supporting cardiovascular health.
Meno Essentials blends ancient botanical wisdom with modern clinical science to help the body adapt to hormonal change—naturally and sustainably.
(Clinically Tested Shatavari Extract)
SheVari4™ is a clinically tested extract of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), a botanical trusted for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine for women’s health. Traditionally known as a “female rejuvenator,” Shatavari is valued for its ability to support hormonal balance throughout life’s transitions.
In Meno Essentials, SheVari4™ works by supporting natural estrogen activity through plant-based phytoestrogens that gently mimic or modulate estrogen’s beneficial effects. This helps ease many of the common discomforts associated with perimenopause and menopause—including hot flashes, mood changes, and vaginal dryness.
As an adaptogen, SheVari4™ also helps regulate the body’s stress response, supporting smoother hormonal transitions, improved emotional balance, and overall endocrine resilience.
SheVari4™ has been evaluated in a randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial involving 60 pre-, peri-, and post-menopausal women experiencing moderate to borderline severe menopausal symptoms.

Clinical studies and references on Ginfort® (Ginger Extract)Ginfort:
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial[1] examined 50 women with primary dysmenorrhea, the cramping pain associated with menstruation that many pre- and peri-menopausal women experience. Participants received 100mg twice daily or a placebo for 8 weeks, and results showed:
• Reduced dysmenorrhea (80% after 1 mo; 84% after 2 mos.)
• 100% of women experiencing moderate to severe pain were no longer experiencing pain after the 2nd cycle
• 96% reduction in low back pain
• 92% reduction in fatigue
• 100% reduction in nausea
These results were supported by another clinical trial evaluating the effect of various ginger products on PMS[2], as well as a recent review that summarized six other clinical trials utilizing doses ranging from 1000-2000mg/d, all showing positive effects in reducing dysmenorrhea, with 2 demonstrating equal effectiveness to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID), even doses as high as 1600mg ibuprofen.[3]

Vitamin K2 (MK-7)
The most bioavailable form of Vitamin K, working with Vitamin D3 to direct calcium into your bones — not your arteries. It strengthens bone density and helps protect cardiovascular health, supporting long-term strength and stability during and after menopause.
Vitamins D3 and K2 as MK-7: Vitamin D3 has been clinically studied for decades and has now become common practice in traditional medicine.
Observational studies have shown that populations who consume more Vitamin K2 as MK-7 have stronger bones[1,2] and better heart health.[3,4] But Vitamin K2 as MK-7 was truly recognized for its importance in supporting bone and heart health after two randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled intervention trials with healthy post-menopausal women were published. Healthy post-menopausal women took either 180mcg of K2 as MK-7 daily for 3 years or a placebo, and bone and heart measurements were taken, demonstrating:
• Significantly improved circulation was shown by reversing 12 years of arterial aging, while those ingesting the placebo had arteries that continued to age.[5]
• Significantly decreased bone loss in post-menopausal women was seen compared to those women ingesting a placebo.[6]
Yet there is also research showing that D3 and K2 work together, including a recent meta-analysis that focused on bone quality, which concluded that the combination of vitamin K and D can significantly increase total bone mineral density. [7]
