The most bioavailable form of Vitamin K, working with Vitamin D3 to direct calcium into your bones — not your arteries. It strengthens bone density and helps protect cardiovascular health, supporting long-term strength and stability during and after menopause.
(Tamarind, Turmeric, Mangosteen)
A powerful blend of three natural anti-inflammatory ingredients — tamarind seed, turmeric root (curcumin), and mangosteen fruit — used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. Together, they help reduce inflammation, protect cartilage, and improve joint flexibility.
Tamarind supports long-term relief via the 5-LOX pathway, turmeric provides faster comfort through COX-2 inhibition, and mangosteen delivers antioxidant protection from free radicals.
(Boswellia serrata)
A patented Boswellia serrata extract clinically shown to improve joint comfort, mobility, and range of motion. It helps reduce inflammation at its root, supports cartilage regeneration, and increases joint space for smoother movement. Benefits build over time with consistent use.
(Black Pepper Extract)
A patented extract that enhances nutrient absorption by improving bioavailability. It ensures your body absorbs the full benefits of turmeric, Boswellia, and other active ingredients — making Move Essentials even more effective.
A naturally occurring trace mineral essential for bone strength, joint health, and mobility. It helps reduce inflammatory biomarkers and supports natural calcium metabolism — a nutrient often missing in modern diets.

Clinically Studied. Gut Approved.
Gut issues are more common than many of us want to admit. In fact, one recent survey showed that ~50% of Americans suffer from some sort of gut issues, including being diagnosed with such or suspected. (Reference: https://oshihealth.com/lets-talk-poop-survey/)
One key factor that is often overlooked is how stress affects the gut. When stress levels rise, cortisol increases, which can slow gut motility, contribute to bloating and constipation, and trigger reflux or digestive discomfort.
Gut Essentials is designed to interrupt this cycle from both directions:
Digexin® has been evaluated in two well-controlled (ie, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled) clinical trials involving men and women aged 25–60 with chronic constipation.
Study Design: The first study was 14 days, while the 2nd lasted 60 days, with both clinical trials used the exact same 300g dose of Digexin found in each daily serving of Gut Essentials.
Clinical Results: The two well-controlled clinical trials found that supplementing with 300mg Digexin® once daily provided the following health benefits:
How does Digexin work?
Significantly improved gut barrier integrity by reducing leaky gut

Bacillus coagulans SNZ 1969 is a proprietary, spore-based probiotic designed to survive harsh stomach acid and reach the intestines intact—where it can deliver targeted digestive support. Unlike traditional probiotics that are sensitive to heat as well as being degraded in the acidic stomach, this resilient strain remains stable and active reaching the lower part of gut where it can exert its beneficial effects
In Gut Essentials, B. coagulans SNZ 1969
supports:
Clinical Studies:
· There are over a dozen human clinical trials demonstrating the beneficial effects ofBacillus coagulans SNZ 1969 supplementation, making it is one of the most well-researched probiotic there is demonstrating both a strong safety and efficacy profile.
· Doses used in the clinical trials ranged from 500 million CFU (Colony Forming Units) to 2 billion CFU.
· Each daily serving of Gut Essentials provides 2 billion CFU of Bacillus coagulans SNZ 1969.
In another well-controlled clinical trial, 60 individuals with GI discomfort were given 2b CFU of Bacillus coagulans SNZ 1969 daily
or placebo for 30d with the following beneficial effects (and all significantly
greater than that seen in the placebo group) :[2]

This Nordic superfruit is packed with polyphenols and antioxidants to calm the gut and combat inflammation. Traditionally foraged across the Nordics, lingonberry supports microbiome diversity, digestion, and everyday vitality.
A review focused on the effects of lingonberry fruit phenolic compounds in human in vitro cells and in vivo clinical studies. Studies with lingonberries, lingonberry juice/lingonberry nectar/fermented lingonberry juice, and phenolic fractions with active molecules were reviewed.
Lingonberry’s bioactive substances have a diverse range of antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antiproteolytic, and antioxidant properties. Fermentation of lingonberries and modulation of the dysbiotic microbiome to a more symbiotic composition by favoring the growth of lactobacilli and inhibiting the growth of human opportunistic pathogens were discussed.
This review provided an overview of those studies published so far on the effects of lingonberry phenolic substances on humans in vitro and in vivo. The composition of lingonberry fruits has been studied extensively. The phenolic bioactive molecules have multiple beneficial effects on cell and clinical levels in humans. The effects seem to be concentration/tested human cell type or microbial strain dependent, often showing synergistic activity.
