- Ship It: Send the product back to our warehouse using the provided label.
Important: We can only process refunds for returns that use our official Return Shipping Label. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return at our warehouse.
Refund rules based on order size
1-Month supply order
- What to Return: The product (opened or unopened).
- Refund Amount: A full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling (s/h).
- Deadline: Must be returned within 30 days of receiving your product.
3- or 6-month supply order
- What to Return: The rest of your supply must be returned unopened, with the neck seal intact. (You get to try and keep the first bottle).
- Refund Amount: A full refund for the product price of the unopened bottles, minus shipping and handling (s/h).
- Deadline: Must be returned within 30 days of receiving your product.
Note on Multi-Month Orders: If you return a multi-month supply, but some of the extra bottles (beyond the first one you keep) are not unopened, your refund will be adjusted (prorated) based on the number of unopened bottles we receive.
