1. Estrogen isn’t simply declining. It’s fluctuating
And those fluctuations disrupt everything from mood to sleep to temperature regulation. Meno Essentials is designed to support healthy hormone balance and estrogen activity.
In Meno Essentials, SheVari4™ (Shatavari Extract) works by supporting natural estrogen activity through plant-based phytoestrogens that mimic or modulate estrogen’s beneficial effects.
2. The body responds differently to stress
As hormones shift, cortisol (your stress hormone) becomes harder to regulate. That’s what creates energy crashes, irritability, and that “wired but tired” feeling. Meno Essentials supports this hormone–stress connection directly.
SheVari4™ (Shatavari Extract)acts as an adaptogen—helping regulate how your body responds to stress—while Chaga mushroom supports a more balanced stress response and steady energy throughout the day.
3. Your brain chemistry is changing — and it's messing with everything.
A neurotransmitter is a brain chemical that transmits signals between nerve cells. The drop in estrogen effect the function of these neurotransmitter and can result in mood changes, sleep disturbance, brain fog and hot flashes.
One of the key active ingredients in Meno Essentials, SheVari4™ (Shatavari Extract) has clinically showed to improve sleep quality and mood, by promoting healthy neurotransmitter signaling.

Frequently asked questions
Does the meno essentials help with hormonal bloating and cortisol levels?
Although the clinical trial on SheVari4, a proprietary and patent-pending shatavari extract, did not test for cortisol levels directly, its supplementation in perimenopausal women did significantly reduce stress-related symptoms that are associated with high-cortisol levels.
For example, they found that anxiety was reduced 54% and 85% after 4 and 8wks, respectively. These significant reductions in anxiety are in contrast to those found in the placebo group who experienced no change in anxiety at 4wks and a 10% increase after 8wks.
Another symptom associated with high cortisol levels is irritability which was also reduced an impressive 55% and 85% after 4 and 8wks, respectively, compared to the placebo group that experienced 16% and 15% increases in irritability after 4 + 8wks.
Two other symptoms often associated with elevated cortisol levels are depression and sleep problems, both of which also were greatly reduced due to SheVari4 supplementation. Depression was reduced 66% and 90% after 4 and 8wks, respectively, while sleep problems were reduced 70% and 93%, respectively, compared to 7% increase in depression and an 11% reduction in sleep problems in the placebo group after 8wks.
Lastly, it is worth noting that all of the benefits found in the clinical trial was the result of ingesting the exact same dose of 100mg of SheVari4 that is found in every daily dose of Meno Essentials.
With respect to bloating and cramping, Meno Essentials also contains the clinically-effective dose of 200mg Ginfort, which was shown in another well-controlled clinical trial to significantly reduce dysmennorhea, which typically includes the painful cramping associated with menstruation, which is often associated with bloating as well.
Interestingly, this dysmennorhea was reduced an impressive 80% in just 1mo compared to a 9% reduction in the placebo group.
